Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer
About
KennMar is a rapidly growing, privately held operating company with diversified businesses across restaurants, hotels, construction, electrical contracting, real estate development, leasing, and property management. Our portfolio continues to expand, and we are building the leadership team needed to scale with discipline, clarity, and alignment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, execution‑focused leader to work directly with ownership and senior leadership to ensure our businesses operate cohesively and efficiently as we grow.
The Role

- Operational Rhythm: Help establish and maintain effective meeting cadence, reporting systems, and communication flows across leadership teams.
- Strategic Projects: Lead and support high‑impact initiatives such as integrations, growth projects, process improvement, and new business launches.
- Decision Support: Provide data‑driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
- Culture & Standards: Reinforce KennMar’s standards for performance, ownership, and professionalism across all businesses.
