Hi there,
I’m Sina, an entrepreneur born in Iran, raised in Germany, and living in Berlin for the last five years.
From a very young age, I was driven by curiosity and a passion for creating new things.
I’ve spent my entire career in the startup & VC space (and a couple of fun side hustles). I was lucky to work alongside great people in companies at different stages of the startup lifecycle and learn a lot along the way.
Prior to launching my own bootstrapped venture studio, Wizard Ventures, I worked as a Chief of Staff at the unicorn SellerX / KW-Commerce, which was by far the most rewarding role in my journey.
Getting to experience firsthand the “magic” of the role, I found myself recommending it more often to others who were looking for a challenging and exciting startup journey.
While doing so, I realized that there is no “go-to place” people can turn to to find the perfect Chief of Staff position that matches them.
