Chief of Staff, Strategic Initiatives

The Role

As Chief of Staff, you will integrate strategy and execution across PhareOS, manage leadership forums, and ensure alignment in initiatives while driving organizational effectiveness and cultural alignment.

As the Chief of Staff, Strategic Initiatives to the President, PhareOS you will serve as the strategic integrator and execution leader, ensuring enterprise priorities, growth strategy, and operational execution move in lockstep across multiple key functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate strategy into execution with cross-functional leadership across Enterprise Deployments, Payer Analytics, Product, Engineering.
• Partner with Finance and Product to align growth strategy, investments, and resource allocation.
• Drive organizational cohesion, transparency, and communication.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop rapid decision-making frameworks.
• Architect and manage operating cadence including meetings and reviews.
• Lead high priority cross-functional initiatives related to growth and operational excellence.
• Develop executive and board-level materials and serve as an advisor for key conversations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Communications to drive talent strategy and culture alignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years relevant strategy experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven record of leading successful strategic initiatives with ROI modeling.
• Experience with executive and board presentations.
• Strategic and operational orientation with flexibility between execution and strategic thinking.
• Up to 15% travel.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare, healthcare technology, or RCM experience.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with solution-based GTM models.
• Consulting background, MBA, or prior operational leadership/strategy roles.

Compensation & Benefits

This US-based position has a base pay range of $179,593.00 - $280,035.56 annually. This role is eligible for an annual bonus plan targeted at 30% of base salary. Benefits include a competitive package with opportunities for growth and meaningful work.
