What you will do

• Support the COO, CEO, and CGO as a trusted partner by helping prioritize time, attention, and executive priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, board materials, investor updates, and company-wide communications.
• Own multiple high-priority workstreams, translating strategic goals into project plans with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Build trackers, dashboards, and operating systems to monitor progress and surface risks.
• Coordinate across departments to remove roadblocks and maintain alignment between founders and leadership.
• Conduct research, analyze initiatives, improve operating processes, and support planning and goal-setting cycles.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, management consulting, business operations, or similar strategic and operational role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive, board, employee, and external audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority initiatives and competing deadlines.
• Strong business acumen, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
