About The Role
The Chief of Staff sits at the centre of how Antler UK operates, working directly with the Partners and cutting across every team and function. Acting as the connective tissue between the partners, team, and founder community, you ensure information flows, priorities are clear, and decisions are well made. The role is flexible and shaped to add the most value in collaboration with the partners. This is not a back-office role but a central position influencing firm operations and founder support.
What You'll Do
- Operations & Prioritisation: Own the UK team’s weekly rhythm, help partners prioritise using data, track firm progress, identify operational improvements, support organizational design, coordinate legal and compliance matters.
- Strategy & Decision-Making: Assist in strategic planning, support data-driven decision-making, prepare for strategy days, maintain competitive intelligence.
- Communication & Coordination: Drive cross-functional collaboration, nurture internal communication and team alignment, ensure coordination between teams and functions.
- Investor Relations & External Presence: Support fundraising and LP relations, manage firm’s external narrative and track PR and events.
- Founder Experience & Platform: Shape and improve founder experience and platform programming, coordinate portfolio reporting, build knowledge management systems.
- Data & Infrastructure: Support data infrastructure, identify and implement tools and AI systems to increase efficiency.
Who This Role Is For
A fit for chiefs of staff or senior operators in high-growth startups or investment firms, management consultants or strategy associates moving into venture capital, with independence, judgement, and pace. VC experience is helpful but not required.

Role based in London; typically 4+ days per week in the office with Mondays as core team days.
