Description

  • Partner closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to prepare for executive, board, and stakeholder meetings
  • Support alignment and communication across leadership, staff, international partners, trainers, advisory groups, and other stakeholders
  • Translate discussions and strategic priorities into actionable plans, decisions, and follow-up items while ensuring accountability and timely execution
  • Draft and review executive communications, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Lead and manage select cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation in collaboration with internal teams and leaders
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and project communications to ensure successful execution
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic planning and organizational growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational leadership, communications, public administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive professional experience in operations, strategy, project management, executive support, consulting, nonprofit leadership, or related fields
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thoughtfully navigate the evolving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) landscape with cultural humility, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Proficiency with business and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management platforms, and virtual communication tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% domestically and internationally

Salary

$90k - $100k / year
