Technical Chief of Staff

Role:

Work directly with the CEO to drive execution across a portfolio of AI-powered ventures. Blend of technical leadership, product strategy, and operational execution. Must be deeply technical (AI/ML, LLMs, agent systems) and able to operate at the intersection of engineering and business.

Requirements:

• Based in Los Angeles (in-person required)
• 5+ years in technical product, engineering, or strategy roles
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic systems
• Startup or venture studio experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with ambiguity, high velocity, and wearing multiple hats
• Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have:

• Experience at a VC fund or venture studio
• Built or managed AI agent systems
• Full-stack technical skills
• MBA or equivalent business acumen

Salary: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
