We're looking for innovative, driven MBA Interns who are passionate about technology, AI, and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. In this role, you will work directly with our Chief of Staff and executive team to build scalable processes, drive data-centric decision-making, execute high-priority strategic initiatives, and pioneer the use of internal AI workflows.

The Role

  • Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and AI-driven automation to streamline repetitive tasks and scale the effectiveness of the Office of the CEO
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and technical teams to test, iterate, and integrate LLMs and AI tools into our standard operating procedures

Build and Maintain Data Infrastructure

  • Support the development of real-time dashboards and KPI reporting for the CEO and leadership team
  • Leverage SQL and analytical tools to extract, analyze, and present data that drives decision-making
  • Identify gaps in current data systems and propose scalable solutions

Drive SOP Documentation and Adoption

  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures across key business functions
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure processes are clearly defined, accessible, and consistently followed
  • Help identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Support Strategic Execution & Enhance Office of the CEO Effectiveness

  • Provide analytical and operational support to increase the leverage and impact of the Office of the CEO
  • Track progress of key strategic initiatives, coordinate across teams to gather updates, remove blockers, and maintain momentum
  • Follow up on action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Take ownership of high-priority ad hoc projects, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an MBA from a top-tier program
  • Passion for AI & Automation: You have a deep, active interest in generative AI and agentic workflows
  • Analytical Depth & Execution Speed: You balance competing workstreams and apply judgment to determine when deep analysis is required versus when rapid execution is sufficient
  • High-Pace Adaptability: You adapt quickly to shifting priorities, work independently with limited direction, and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: You collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all departments
  • High Standards of Quality: You produce work that is accurate, thoughtful, and ready for senior leadership review

  • Generous Learning & Development Budget
  • Choose Your Ideal Work Equipment – Whether you prefer Apple or Microsoft
