Description

• Drive high-stakes strategic projects: You take ownership of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare and enable leadership decisions: You structure complex topics, build decision-ready materials, and provide data-driven recommendations that help senior leadership act with confidence and speed.
• Ensure operational excellence: You design and continuously improve key management routines, including leadership meetings, board preparation, and strategic planning processes.
• Connect the dots across the organisation: You work across value streams and functions, identify dependencies and blockers, and ensure alignment between teams on the topics that matter most.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner: You challenge ideas constructively, bring an outside-in perspective, and support senior leaders in prioritising their time and attention on the highest-leverage activities.
• Build scalable frameworks: You create templates, playbooks, and governance structures that enable the organisation to operate more effectively as it grows.

Requirements

• Strong professional foundation: Approximately five years of professional experience, ideally with a background in top-tier management consulting (MBB or comparable) and strong academic accolades.
• Exceptional analytical and structuring skills: Break down large, unstructured challenges into clear workstreams, hypotheses, and actionable next steps. Comfortable with data and turning it into insight.
• Outstanding communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively in writing, presentations, and in person. Adapt style to different audiences, from C-level to operational teams.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: Identify what needs to happen, take initiative, and drive topics forward with energy and ownership.
• Collaborative leadership style: Lead through influence, build trust quickly, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and bring people together around shared goals.
• Financial services experience: First experience in financial services, ideally with some knowledge about consumer lending, is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English: Communicate confidently in German and English professionally.
