Your challenge

Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by making performance visible and comparable across the entire organization. Be the architect of a culture rooted in constructive transparency - identifying areas for improvement and ensuring every department has the insights needed to succeed. Act as a strategic partner helping teams foster a performance-driven mindset and achieve impactful outcomes.

Your Tasks

Establish Performance Transparency: Build and refine a company-wide framework consolidating KPIs across functions ensuring comparability.
Rigorous Monitoring & Follow-Up: Track KPIs against commitments and drive progress with managers.
Drive Accountability: Challenge status quo, address performance hurdles with actionable solutions.
Strategic Escalation: Escalate recurring performance issues to the C-level based on facts.
Management Reporting: Design/maintain performance dashboards and KPI review formats as single source of truth.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR): Lead preparation and organization providing analytical backbone for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Strategy & Data, Finance, and Chief of Staff to leverage reliable data.

Your Profile

Experienced Performance Driver with several years in Performance Management, Business Ops, Strategy, or PMO.
KPI Specialist with proven track record of KPI-based steering and interpreting metrics.
Strong Personality & Assertiveness to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
Analytical Powerhouse adept at translating data into decision-relevant narratives.
Comfort with Friction and diplomatic skills navigating organizational change.
Independent Operator comfortable influencing without formal authority.
Communication Pro skilled in concise written and verbal communication for C-level discussions.

Language

Fluent in English.

Start date

April 2026 or as soon as possible.

Location

Onsite / Hybrid in Berlin: 2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote, located at EUREF Campus in Schöneberg, Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility. Alternatively Remote with flexibility to travel to Berlin when necessary.
