Role overview

This role suits someone with exceptional analytical rigor and strong business judgment, ideally with finance backgrounds like investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance. After 6–12 months training in finance, product, or talent management, you may work directly with the CEO or another executive on high-priority initiatives or shift to another role depending on your strengths and the company's needs. Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Drive high-priority company initiatives: ownership of complex strategic and operational projects, coordinating across functions.
  • Support financial planning and business performance: budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, and performance analyses.
  • Increase organizational effectiveness: identify inefficiencies and design scalable systems and workflows.
  • Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work, improve decisions, and boost operational effectiveness.

Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or remote in selected countries, with a recommendation to spend initial months in Milan office.
