What you'll do & support with

• Sales – Decks, prospect research, pipeline, demos, key account management
• Finance – Data room, fundraising support, investor materials, financial models, KPI dashboards
• Product – User interviews, analytics, toolstack decisions, product vision input
• Ops – Processes, contracts, legal admin, partner coordination
• Strategy – Market research, competitive intel, partnerships, hiring
• AI Automations - automatic recurring tasks as self-service or with our dev-team

You

• Sharp, autonomous, fast. We give you a problem – you come back with a solution
• Comfortable with numbers: models, KPIs, data
• AI-native – you already use LLMs daily and push the limits
• Confident communicator with founders, customers, and investors
• Fluent EN (German or Spanish a plus)
• Bonus: Startup / VC / PE / consulting / banking background. Manufacturing or B2B SaaS exposure.
