Founder's Associate

Description

• We're at a point where the most exciting things are happening at once: new product lines, retail launches, scaling performance marketing, influencer campaigns, new markets, and expanding the supply chain.
• Launch and iterate new Shopify landing pages for marketing campaigns and collaborations
• Set up, brief, and track influencer and creator programs
• Build and optimize email and retention flows in Klaviyo
• Set up and analyze performance campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• Coordinate PR and media outreach
• Prepare and support retail expansion and buyer meetings with leading DACH and international retailers
• Create sell sheets, pricing models, and trade marketing concepts
• Onboard new retail partners
• Contribute to new product lines, from design briefs to market readiness
• Communicate with our international manufacturing partners (in English)
• Inventory planning, logistics, and 3PL coordination
• Build a scalable supply-chain structure
• Research new markets, categories, and partnerships
• Develop reporting that we actually use
• Everything Leonie otherwise wouldn't be able to handle
• The exact mix of responsibilities depends on you. We play to your strengths and you grow into the areas that interest you most.

Requirements

• Ambition. You eventually want to found your own company or build a brand and see this role as the best available training for that
• Generalist with pace. You solve problems quickly and "good enough" rather than slowly and perfectly
• 1–4 years (+/-) experience in startups, consulting, VC, e‑commerce, brands, or similar — strong career changers are welcome
• Structured and ownership-driven. You don't lose things, proactively ask questions, and don't need micromanagement
• Hands-on mentality. We build things ourselves before outsourcing
• German C2, English fluent (business proficiency)
• Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Claude/ChatGPT, etc. If you don't know them yet, you'll learn in a week
• Style. You understand what makes a premium brand and why attention to detail matters
