Job Description
An exciting Chief of Staff opportunity within Workforce & Experience Technology (WxT), Employee Platforms organization. Acts as trusted partner to the WxT CTO to drive portfolio governance and operational oversight, connect strategy to execution, measure outcomes, and lead key rhythms across organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, financial management, and communications/change management in a complex technology environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Enablement / Chief of Staff function for WxT and Employee Platforms CTO, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical program managers, finance, business management, and HR teams to oversee technology spend, finance reviews, revised forecasts, budget alignment, and HR needs
- Lead portfolio governance activities including portfolio reporting and executive-level performance insights in partnership with engineering leads and product owners
- Partner with Portfolio Management and Governance leads on HR/EX product side for annual budget planning and monthly reviews
- Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms to improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making
- Create and maintain cadenced processes to ensure consistent execution of deliverables and eliminate toil
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate workflows, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for CIO to facilitate decision-making
- Partner on workforce planning, location strategy, organizational health, and talent priorities/reviews
- Support change management efforts related to transformation, process enhancements, and organizational restructuring
- Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and delivery standards alignment
- Lead team discussions and participate in cross-group initiatives to drive cohesion and shared outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or related fields
- Proficiency in resource management, organizational and operational change management, portfolio management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and budget/financial controls
- Ability to collaborate across teams influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Experience refining complex and ambiguous information into meaningful content and action plans
- Advanced analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in high-pressure environments
- Expertise in stakeholder management and driving business-aligned outcomes
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ownership and resolution follow through
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI in program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitation, presentation, and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management tools and governance frameworks
- Experience in Chief of Staff role at large, matrixed organizations
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Agile and waterfall technology delivery methodologies
