Description
- Responsible for the coordination and the oversight of strategic initiatives across the enterprise
- Works independently to enable senior leaders to execute strategic work
- Acts as a central point of contact to coordinate strategic priorities and develop tactics
- Assists the leadership team with strategic planning, budget and other resource needs
- Develops relationships within direct and extended team members
- Provide decision support through data gathering and analysis as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of functional experience demonstrating competency in several functional areas
- Excellent creative analytical and problem-solving skills for complex problems
- Proven ability to navigate complex situations through organizational landscape
- Demonstrated ability to be a decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
