Description

• Take operational work off the founder's desk by doing it, systematizing it, or assigning it to the appropriate owner
• Identify and fix conversion problems between first contact and full onboarding through scheduling design, improved communication, and tooling
• Conduct time studies, establish quotas, and manage performance for previously unmeasured work
• Build a support function from scratch, including writing the playbook, defining tiers, staffing, and launching operations
• Own special projects end to end, including new market launches, new initiatives, and senior hiring
• Represent the founder in setting priorities and say no on the founder's behalf while maintaining relationships

Requirements

• Two or more years in a chief of staff, strategy and operations, consulting, banking or startup generalist role, in a fast-moving environment
• You are an organizational powerhouse. You bring calm to chaos and you enjoy streamlining complexity
• You are a clear, concise communicator. You write well, you think quickly, and you know how to represent someone else's voice
