Summary
Chief of Staff to the CPO (HR): Serving as a strategic thought partner and operational proxy for the Chief People Officer to drive global People & Places initiatives with an accent on cross-functional alignment and high-velocity execution. Focus on streamlining complex workflows, managing global budgets, and acting as the connective tissue across the People Leadership Team to ensure organizational priorities are met.
Location
Must be based in the SF Bay Area (minimum 2 days per week in SF HQ)
Salary
$184,000 – $284,000 USD (depending on location and experience)
What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor and proxy for the CPO in key leadership forums and decision-making bodies.
- Synchronize global People & Places program timelines, including product launches and policy releases.
- Lead annual and quarterly business planning, including headcount allocation and resource optimization.
- Identify and redesign complex corporate workflows into scalable, elegant processes.
- Manage the global People & Places organization budget in partnership with Finance.
- Lead high-stakes, cross-group special projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR, operations, strategy, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Commanding executive presence with the ability to articulate complex concepts at the C-suite level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Must be based in the SF Bay Area with the ability to work from the SF HQ at least 2 days per week.
