You’ll work directly with our CEO, Anna, taking ownership of diverse projects and driving ideas into action.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with Anna to execute high-impact projects. Turn ideas into structured, actionable plans and execute on them to drive key initiatives like market strategies, partnerships, and communication.
• Project Development: Conduct research, analyze challenges, and create actionable project roadmaps. Take full ownership as project lead and primary executor, spanning priorities such as exploring new markets, identifying product opportunities, improving operations, and sharpening communications.
• Accelerator Programs: Identify and apply to accelerator and partnership programs, managing the process end-to-end to ensure thorough, on-brand, and strategic applications.
• Operational Excellence: Manage deadlines, prepare actionable insights, and synthesize research into meaningful recommendations with care and precision.
• Operational Impact: Address strategic challenges with research-driven solutions and action plans. Work cross-functionally to deliver measurable results enhancing company growth.
