Description

• Work directly alongside our leadership team
• Drive the company’s highest-priority strategic and commercial initiatives
• Lead problem-solving sessions across commercial, investment, and market-facing challenges
• Take ownership of strategic special projects
• Support development of commercial strategy, market positioning, and proposition design
• Support leadership on equity fundraising processes, investor engagement, and financing-related strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Commitment to climate impact and aligned with values around integrity, equity, and science-led solutions
• Broad capabilities across strategy, commercial thinking, financial analysis, communications, and operational execution
• Strong understanding of carbon markets, climate finance, nature-based solutions, or adjacent climate ecosystem dynamics
• Experience in venture-backed startups, venture capital, growth-stage companies, or high-performance consulting environments is highly valued
