About the opportunity

The Chief of Staff role partners with the Executive Vice President of Global Markets and Marketing, working at the crossroads of strategy, market expansion, business performance, and organizational execution. The position demands commercial judgment, analytical rigor, executive presence, and hands-on execution.

What you'll be doing

Strategic planning and execution

Develop strategic plans with the EVP and define priorities and accountability.
Drive annual and quarterly planning aligning regional and company goals.
Lead complex initiatives across markets and functions.
Identify risks and resolve organizational gaps.
Translate decisions into clear actions with measurable outcomes.

Market growth and business performance

Create data-driven market expansion analyses and recommendations.
Monitor market and competitive trends.
Support regional leaders in growth and strategy.
Build business cases for investments.
Develop repeatable market-entry playbooks.

Operating cadence and governance

Improve operating rhythms including meetings and reviews.
Develop leadership dashboards and reports.
Establish governance for cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure disciplined follow-through on leadership commitments.
Enhance information flow among teams and leadership.

Executive advisory and decision support

Serve as a thought partner to EVP on various matters.
Prepare executive briefings and materials supporting decision-making.
Represent leadership teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.

Cross-functional leadership

Build strong relationships across multiple departments.
Remove execution barriers and clarify objectives.
Lead special projects without defined owners.
Support organizational planning and resource prioritization.
Promote a culture of accountability and high performance.

What we look for in you

Experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, fintech, or related fields.
Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence cross-functional teams.
Track record of leading complex initiatives from strategy to execution.
Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
