This is a high-trust, high-impact role combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the India GM, driving revenue operations, ensuring accountability, and managing fast scaling efforts in ElevenLabs' largest APJ market. You will identify new growth areas and own execution from planning to results.

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM - pressure-testing plans, not just executing them.

• Scope and build the case for new growth bets - segments, channels, or motions.

• Bring an outside-in view to address where India GTM is under-indexed and convert market and competitive signals into plans.

• Own execution of key growth initiatives, driving measurable outcomes.

• Coordinate Legal, Marketing, and Product on India-specific initiatives.

• Track important KPIs and OKRs, surfacing issues proactively.

• Identify and resolve operational problems before escalation.

• Leverage AI tools to automate, streamline, and enhance impact.

• Handle sensitive matters discreetly and serve as a trusted partner across the organization.

Requirements

• Low ego, high ownership: drive tasks to completion.

• Smart, structured, practical with strong commercial instincts.

• Proven track record owning growth initiatives end-to-end and achieving measurable results.

• Comfort with ambiguity - able to clarify and plan growth concepts.

• Passionate about AI and eager to contribute in a category-defining company.

• Experience in consulting, strategy & ops, or a high-growth startup GTM environment.
