Description
- Financial stewardship: managing the budget and building financial narrative
- Operational rhythm: run recruiting pipeline and organize leadership workshops
- Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and communications
- Strategic planning and performance management support
- Talent management processes: run talent reviews and analyze engagement survey results
- Cross-functional coordination with peer Chiefs of Staff
- Issue resolution regarding blockers that slow down initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff
- 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience
- 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes
- 6+ years of excellent written communication experience
- 5+ years of experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field preferred
