Chief of Staff GTM - France

ElevenLabs is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, valued at $11B and expanding aggressively in EMEA. We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our French GM, as we build one of the most exciting regional GTM teams in AI.

About the role

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM, helping drive revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast across a complex, multi-market region. No job is too small. No task is beneath you. The upside is significant.

What you'll do

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the French team
• Support and align teams in complex deal execution
• Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
• Manage complex calendars and coordination across multiple time zones
• Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
• Identify and solve operational problems before they become bigger ones
• Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the org

Requirements

• Prior experience in consulting, RevOps, or a high-growth startup GTM environment, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API‑driven platforms.
• Deep understanding of the French ecosystem
• Solid problem-solving skills, structured, and practical with genuine commercial instincts
• Comfortable in front of customers and equally comfortable in a spreadsheet
• Low ego, high ownership, no task beneath you
• Passionate about AI and excited to be at the center of a category-defining company
• Based in Latin America, same timezone as the team
• Full proficiency in French is mandatory

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the EMEA region, however the ability to operate in CET and GMT timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in Paris, with the option to work out of our office.
