Description
- Partner with the Executive Director on organizational priorities
- Serve as a proxy for the ED in meetings
- Turn ED's directives into concrete plans
- Drive cross-organizational projects and initiatives
- Maintain relationships across teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Strong strategic judgment and trust-building skills
- Operational excellence and project management experience
- Strong communication skills

Salary $210k - $230k / year
