Description

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on scenario modeling, resource allocation, and growth
  • Maintain decision-making based on patient care, employee experience, and financial sustainability
  • Prepare analyses and materials for leadership team decisions
  • Own supply-and-demand forecasting across patient demand, staffing, clinical capacity, geography, payer, and service type
  • Identify capacity constraints or excess capacity and recommend interventions
  • Establish a planning cadence for reviewing forecasts, assumptions, and decisions
  • Lead the effort to reduce the gap between delivered services and reimbursed services
  • Analyze discounted, unreimbursed, or nonpayment-risk services and identify root causes
  • Partner with clinical, revenue cycle, contracting, growth, product, and operations teams
  • Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and longer-term financial plans with the CEO and fractional CFO
  • Help department leaders understand budgets and financial implications
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, investigate variances, and recommend adjustments
  • Support scenario planning for hiring, growth, payer or geographic expansion, service changes, and strategic investments
  • Translate company goals into KPIs covering clinical quality, patient access, engagement, operational performance, growth, and financial health
  • Own the company-wide KPI system, including data validation, dashboards, reporting, and performance reviews
  • Analyze performance trends, risks, and gaps for executive discussion
  • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives
  • Identify risks and conflicts requiring executive attention and present clear options
  • Create accountability across teams while preserving department leaders’ ownership

Salary

$175,000 - $200,000 / year
