Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Chief of Staff to help drive execution across Duetti's most important strategic and operational priorities. You will report directly to the CEO. This is a unique and highly leveraged role at the center of Duetti's leadership team. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and Duetti's senior leadership team - helping translate strategy into execution, improving organizational clarity, and ensuring the company operates at a high level of rigor and speed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives and operating cadence
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution
• Prepare materials for the CEO and senior leadership, including presentations and memos
• Enhance internal processes and decision-making frameworks
• Monitor progress on key company initiatives and leadership goals
• Support leadership meetings with agenda and materials
• Ensure team alignment and quick execution
• Conduct analysis to support strategic decisions
• Resolve ambiguities and drive clarity in special situations
• Handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startups
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication skills for executive-level materials
• Demonstrated ownership and operational rigor
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
• Interest in music, media, fintech, or the creator economy
