What you will do

• Design and manage product leadership rhythms, including staff meetings, product reviews, and offsites.
• Partner with HRBP to manage hiring, calibrations, performance, and talent reviews to surface structural risks.
• Improve processes for roadmap planning, prioritization decisions, and OKR tracking with Technology Operations.
• Manage headcount planning and budget reforecasts in collaboration with Finance and HR.
• Drive AI retooling and enablement, embedding AI-enabled processes across the function.
• Curate the external product narrative and ghostwrite executive briefings and leadership communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy or a Chief of Staff role at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of running large-scale people processes (hiring, leveling, talent reviews).
• Exceptional written communication skills for ghostwriting and board-level synthesis.
• Ability to identify organizational dysfunction and leadership gaps proactively.
• Strong analytical foundation in product metrics and growth analytics.
• Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
