Chief of Staff
Our client, a PE-backed Healthcare business is shaping the transformation of the German healthcare sector by combining technology, data, and operational expertise. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Chief of Staff to report into the Chief Product Technology Officer to act as an extension of the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Manage meetings, agendas, decision papers, and follow-ups.
Prioritization and Governance
- You run the prioritization process across all tech projects and subsidiaries – ensuring the right topics are advanced with the right level of priority.
OKRs and Reporting
- You own the OKR framework in the tech area, consolidate status updates, and prepare board and private equity materials.
Budget Control
- You track headcount and project budgets, identify deviations early, and prepare decision-making documents.
Strategic Special Projects
- You take on ad-hoc projects at the direction of the CPTO – e.g., market research, organizational analyses, vendor evaluations.
Partner Engagement
- You manage external partners in close alignment with the CPTO and ensure their delivery quality.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role – ideally as a Chief of Staff, project lead, or in a top-tier consultancy.
- Tech affinity: You understand how software development and product development work.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Bonus: Experience in PE-backed environments or in healthcare.
