We’ve raised over $10m to date with a ton of runway. You’ll join a team of Thoughtful Doers™ from places like Palantir, Cruise, Meta, Uber, and Google. Credal is in-person in our spacious NYC office with meals provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO in developing and executing fundraising strategies, manage investor communications and relationships, assist in preparing pitch materials and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to define and cultivate the company's culture, values, and talent strategies, and facilitate communication across the organization.
  • Take ownership of high-impact projects on an as-needed basis, acting as a strategic and operational problem solver for urgent business initiatives.
  • Design and implement efficient operational processes including compliance and finance processes. Oversee interactions with external parties, and continuously assess and refine operational systems for scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally with a background in AI, technology, or relevant sectors, OR experience in tier 1 strategy consulting / banking.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead and execute cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive cultural initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ambiguity.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary between $150,000 and $190,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Equity package between 0.1% and 0.6%, based on experience.
