Description

• Maximize travel and site visit schedule and accompanying engagement events
• Identify and vet both internal and external meeting/event opportunities
• Correspondence requests
• Briefings for the CFO's meetings with clients
• Prep for meetings including talking points, communications, reference data, and PowerPoint presentations
• Finance Management Committee, MD/officer meetings
• Listening to market/macro update calls and distilling key takeaways/themes for senior management
• Partner with Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, etc. to stay connected on media, investors, and regulators

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience, preferably within financial services
• Strong understanding of the Firm, financial services industry, market dynamics, and relevant developments
• Proven self starter with excellent project management and execution skills
• Ability to interact effectively across business functions and with senior leadership
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Superior attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and organization
