Role Summary
Serve as strategic partner and operational leader to the President of Rx Marketplace, driving strategy, execution, cross-functional alignment, governance, and high-impact initiatives. Lead planning, executive communications, performance tracking, and organizational design while removing executive roadblocks and supporting leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the President of Rx Marketplace to develop and execute business strategies aligned with overall enterprise objectives.
- Assess competitive landscapes and serve as a thought partner on business priorities to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
- Drive execution of high-impact initiatives with accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Lead critical projects, identifying risks, dependencies and success metrics.
- Manage crisis response to executive communications during high-stakes business challenges.
- Lead strategic planning processes including goal setting, performance tracking, and executive reporting.
- Prepare and facilitate leadership meetings, executive briefings and board presentations.
- Create and oversee town halls and leadership offsites.
- Act as a connector across teams ensuring coordination on strategic initiatives.
- Support organizational design, talent strategy and leadership development efforts.
- Partner with internal teams to align priorities and remove executive roadblocks.
Qualifications and Experience
- 15+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive leadership with a proven record of business impact.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of healthcare, pharmacy or marketplace business landscape preferred.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate at the highest levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Time zone preference: Central or East; ability to travel domestically required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges vary by location:
- San Francisco and Seattle Offices: $252,000 - $402,000
- New York Office: $231,000 - $369,000
- Santa Monica Office: $210,000 - $335,000
- Other Locations: $189,000 - $302,000
Additional compensation programs include annual cash bonuses, commission, and equity grants.
