About
Lead strategic, operational, and associate experience initiatives for the Enterprise Data organization. Drive priority tracking, strategic planning, communications, financial/resource planning, risk identification, and high-impact special projects. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to decompose strategy into executable plans, improve org health, and streamline processes using data and AI-informed approaches.

Responsibilities
- Understand the organization's strategy and vision, and establish routines and mechanisms to drive and track priorities and goals
- Own and evolve the strategic Associate Experience roadmap for the eData organization, aligning cultural initiatives with overarching business goals
- Support communications and event strategy; build presentations and craft messaging
- Assist leadership with strategic planning including financial and resource planning in collaboration with Finance and HR
- Identify and surface needs and risks across initiatives, partner relationships, and org health
- Lead high-impact special projects critical to organizational priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in staff management and training
- At least 5 years of experience in budget management
- At least 7 years of experience in organizational development and performance
- At least 7 years of experience in project or process management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Organizational Development
- 10+ years of experience in project/process management
- Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and removing obstacles
- 8+ years in communications planning and development
- 8+ years in staff management and training
- 8+ years in organizational development and performance
Compensation
- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 annually
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 annually
- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 annually
Role eligible for performance-based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives.
