Enterprise Payments Chief of Staff team seeks a strategic and collaborative manager to accelerate adoption of emerging capabilities, foster innovation, and strengthen operations.
The Team
The Enterprise Payments Chief of Staff team drives alignment to priorities, enables execution, and cultivates a high-performing and inclusive culture. We partner with leaders and stakeholders to advance strategic planning, executive communications, associate engagement, capability building, and innovation initiatives.
The Role
Lead efforts to identify, adopt, and scale capabilities shaping the future of Enterprise Payments. Act as strategic connector across business, HR, Learning & Development, and Enterprise AI teams, driving AI adoption, bringing external perspectives, and designing experiences for future-ready skills. Advance strategic priorities, accelerate innovation, and evolve ways of working.
What You'll Do
- Accelerate AI adoption across Enterprise Payments.
- Serve as liaison to enterprise AI, technology, and innovation teams.
- Lead leadership forums and capability-building programs.
- Bring external perspectives and industry insights.
- Improve productivity, simplify processes, redesign workflows.
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Measure adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Military experience.
- 3+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy, or Chief of Staff.
- 2+ years experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- 2+ years experience working with Generative AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in program management, strategy or Chief of Staff.
- 3+ years leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment.
- 3+ years driving adoption of emerging technologies like Generative AI.
- 2+ years designing leadership development and organizational enablement programs.
- 2+ years supporting executive leaders.
- 2+ years managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- 2+ years storytelling and presenting technical ideas to diverse audiences.
Compensation: $138,000 - $173,000 annually depending on location.
