Director, Chief of Staff - Consumer Developer Experience - CDX
About
Serve as strategic advisor and operating partner to the Consumer Developer Experience leadership team. Establish operating rhythms, coordinate strategic planning, synthesize organizational data, align financial forecasts and resource allocation, connect Product, Technology, Design, and Finance, and lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives. The role supports executive decision-making, improves organizational effectiveness, and develops scalable processes for a large integrated organization.
We are seeking a strategic, execution-minded Director, Chief of Staff (CoS), to join the Consumer Developer Experience (CDX) leadership team. CDX drives the critical platforms that power world-class digital engagement for our customers and best-in-class tools for the developers who build them. Our diverse portfolio spans the Capital One mobile app, advanced marketing and personalization engines, AI-driven platforms that transform how we build software, and essential enterprise risk and supplier capabilities. By unifying these consumer, developer, and enterprise operations, CDX accelerates our ability to modernize core systems, strengthen the company's risk posture, and deliver seamless experiences at massive scale. Supporting an Executive Vice President and their senior leadership team, you will serve as a critical force-multiplier, driving organizational excellence through flawlessly executed processes and strategic orchestration that improve business efficiency and cross-functional impact.
