Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP on commercial strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business priorities
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable execution plans with measurable outcomes
• Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions
• Prepare executive briefings, strategic presentations, business reviews, and leadership communications
• Provide thought partnership on organizational design, sales transformation, and go-to-market strategy
• Drive execution of global sales priorities and strategic initiatives
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, bookings, ARR, expansion, customer retention, and sales productivity
• Identify execution gaps and partner with sales leaders to improve performance
• Ensure inspection, accountability, and follow-through across the sales leadership team
• Support initiatives improving seller productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
• Own the operating cadence for leadership staff meetings, pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, MBRs, QBRs, and annual planning
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting on business performance
• Track strategic priorities, key decisions, and organizational commitments
• Drive cross-functional initiatives improving execution, efficiency, and business outcomes
