The Role
Serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of Commercial Engineering, driving execution of strategic priorities across Engineering, Product, Finance and legal. Produce executive communications, coordinate cross-functional alignment, translate operational data into recommendations, lead internal communications and employee engagement, and own complex ambiguous problems to deliver actionable outcomes while representing leadership in governance forums.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Commercial Engineering to drive execution of strategic priorities across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and enterprise functions
- Develop high-quality executive communications, including Monthly Business Reviews, governance materials and leadership messaging, that are clear, structured, and decision-oriented
- Coordinate alignment between CNPF product areas and technical teams, helping resolve dependencies and ensure priorities are well-connected across functions
- Translate operational and delivery data from a variety of sources into meaningful insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making
- Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including Townhalls, cross-team governance forums and organizational newsletters
- Take ownership of complex, ambiguous business problems by defining the approach and delivering actionable recommendations
- Represent the Head of Commercial Engineering in governance forums and cross-functional meetings where required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, or senior business management role supporting executive leadership
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and anticipate the needs of senior team members without requiring close direction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing materials for CTO, CPO, CFO, EVP and SVP audiences
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data across operational, delivery and workforce dimensions and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, cross-functional challenges
- Skilled at building relationships and driving alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Background in financial services, payments, or technology organizations preferred
- Familiarity with B2B, SME, or embedded finance technology and product environments is an advantage
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $164K-283K Annually
