The Role
Act as a strategic partner to the CFO, drive end-to-end execution of high-priority finance projects, manage business rhythm and performance tracking, lead technology implementations and change management, prepare executive and board communications, and build cross-functional alignment and accountability across the Finance organization.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, developing and structuring problem statements, analyzing and optimizing processes, providing actionable recommendations, and managing execution.
- Drive end-to-end project management for a portfolio of the CFO's highest-priority projects, including technology transformation and compliance requirements.
- Prepare clear and concise communications for executives, Board of Directors, investors, and all-company forums.
- Manage the rhythm of the business and operational cadence of the finance organization, including leadership meetings, goal-setting, and performance tracking.
- Support implementation of technology platforms to empower the Finance organization, from AI capabilities to core tools.
- Act as a proxy for the CFO, building trust and influence across all levels to foster collaboration and accountability.
Who You Are
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting, or strategic Chief of Staff roles with operational experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Broad knowledge of financial roles, financial models, accounting principles, and FP&A processes.
- Ability to shift between tactical problem solving and high-level strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred understanding of cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers.

Compensation
Base salary range: $165,000 to $242,000 annually, determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits based on eligibility.
