Chief of Staff

Description

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities
• Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations
• Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers
• Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities
• Own special projects requiring senior judgement and cross-functional authority
• Align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress

Requirements

• Strong operator with experience driving strategic execution across teams
• Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization and follow-through
• Able to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams and senior external stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance
• Able to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality
• Strong writing, business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services or regional expansion is a strong advantage
• Strong English communication is required
