As our Technical Services organization evolves, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, planning and execution frameworks, and operational excellence.

The Role

Serve as the EVP's strategic right hand to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, planning and execution frameworks, program management, executive communications, and operational improvements across Technical Services. Lead reporting, meeting strategy, change management, and alignment with Product, Technology, and GTM teams to ensure clear ownership, milestones, and delivery.

Work closely with the EVP of Technical Services, their global leadership team, and collaborate with leaders across all functions both internal and external to Technical Services. This role reports to the EVP of Technical Services and is hybrid based in New York City or Palo Alto.

Responsibilities

• Assist the EVP and senior leadership team to define and drive strategic initiatives aligned with company goals and technology roadmaps
• Ensure key updates flow effectively between Technical Services, Product & Technology and Go To Market teams
• Establish and scale planning and execution frameworks translating strategic priorities into operating plans, defined ownership, measurable milestones, and consistent delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for new ideas and initiatives before broader team exposure
• Represent the EVP and senior leadership in cross-functional initiatives and serve as proxy in meetings when needed
• Ensure clear, consolidated reporting of program status across a variety of initiatives
• Develop executive-ready presentations and narratives distilling complex information into clear messaging
• Integrate with Technical Services leadership on priorities including strategic planning and organizational transformation
• Own program management for selected critical cross-functional initiatives, track milestones, and drive accountability
• Identify process inefficiencies and proactively improve team productivity and collaboration
• Run leadership meetings with clarity, setting agendas, following up on actions, and synthesizing outputs
• Craft internal strategic updates, briefings, and talking points to align messaging
• Manage change initiatives, organizational enablement, and executive communications with partners

Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise software services delivery leadership, business operations in an enterprise software company, or technology sector-focused management consulting preferred
• 4-year university degree; preferably an MBA
• Strong executive presence and confidence to challenge the status quo, exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of producing high-quality deliverables for C-suite leadership
• Experience leading or partnering with international teams with cultural intelligence for global team leadership
• Proven ability to operate successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; able to map cross-functional dependencies and align diverse teams efficiently
• Builder mentality: adept at architecting playbooks and improving processes to drive efficiency
• Demonstrated change leadership ability guiding teams through organizational evolution and ambiguity
