Description
- Drive the operating cadence, including staff meetings, quarterly planning, all-hands, and leadership events such as EM/IC Summits
- Track commitments, set agendas, and partner with Finance on budget management and headcount planning
- Translate Trust & Infrastructure roadmap priorities into organization-wide planning, resourcing, and leadership visibility
- Oversee headcount monitoring, position approvals, backfills, sign-on bonuses, and location strategy
- Partner with Recruiting and HR
