Chief of Staff
About the Role
Redegal S.A. (BME Growth: RDG) is at an inflection point. With year-over-year growth of +30%, operations in five countries, an active transition from services to SaaS products (Boostic.cloud, Binnacle Data), and an M&A strategy in execution. We want to incorporate a Chief of Staff profile into our executive team with two priority objectives: investor attraction and management, and strategic evolution of the company.
Mission
Multiply Redegal's strategic execution capacity, acting as a second operational brain alongside the CEO. We seek a strategic partner who works at the intersection between the CEO's vision and organizational execution, with special focus on investor relations and business model evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Relations and Capital Markets: Prepare and maintain updated data rooms, equity story presentations, and IR materials for BME Growth. Coordinate responses to institutional investor due diligence processes. Manage investor communications calendar: quarterly reports, roadshows, and proactive contacts.
- Cross-functional Strategic Execution: Carry integrated tracking of all strategic initiatives (AI/AISC, Partner Program, international expansion, M&A pipeline) and report progress to CEO weekly. Analyze options, synthesize data, and present recommendations with clear trade-offs.
- M&A and Inorganic Growth: Support evaluation of M&A targets: preliminary financial analysis, commercial due diligence, and synergy modeling. Prepare investment memos for Board presentation.
- CEO Intelligence: Filter and prioritize information flow to CEO. Prepare briefings for external meetings. Monitor sector trends and prepare executive summaries.
Requirements
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar. MBA or master's in finance/strategy is a significant plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, strategic consulting (MBB or equivalent), corporate development in tech, or similar high analytical demand roles.
- Demonstrable experience in investor relations, capital raising, or M&A.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models: unit economics, MRR/ARR, churn, LTV/CAC.
- Bilingual Spanish-English (full professional level). Portuguese is a plus.
- Ability to work with high ambiguity, multiple simultaneous fronts, and tight deadlines.
- Availability for frequent travel (Madrid, and occasionally Mexico, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal).
