About

Prevail Fund is an organization that mobilizes philanthropic capital and field implementation capacity to pursue ambitious, measurable global goals—beginning with improving foundational literacy and numeracy in low- and middle-income countries. Prevail makes targeted grants to field implementers, works directly on the ground to build their capacity to scale over 10+ years, and coordinates donor teams to leverage government and private-sector spending.

Its founding board is composed of experienced social entrepreneurs and implementers, and its first program aims to raise and deploy $1B in philanthropy to improve instruction for at least 27.5 million children across 11 countries in Africa and South Asia.
