Chief of Staff – President, Head of Strategic Programs

About

Partner directly with the President and executive team to drive execution against the company's most important strategic priorities. Act as a force multiplier by increasing clarity, alignment, accountability, and execution across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Run the operating rhythms that create focus and forward motion across the business, including planning cycles, WBRs, MBRs, leadership reviews, and strategic forums
  • Translate strategy into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, Marketing, Data, Finance, and People
  • Identify bottlenecks, surface tradeoffs, and push teams toward decisions and action
  • Build the mechanisms that improve visibility, resource allocation, sequencing, and follow-through across major initiatives
  • Prepare clear, high-quality decision memos, executive briefs, and leadership communications that accelerate alignment and action
  • Help strengthen Bizee's operating culture by reinforcing clarity, urgency, ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, program leadership, management consulting, product operations, or other highly cross-functional execution roles
  • Exceptional systems thinking and the ability to quickly understand how priorities, teams, decisions, and incentives connect across a business
  • Strong track record of driving execution in fast-moving, high-growth, or high-change environments
  • The judgment to know when to zoom out strategically and when to dive into the details to get things moving
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and complexity into action
  • High trust, high EQ, and the ability to operate credibly with senior leaders while earning respect across the organization
  • Strong ownership, urgency, and bias for action
  • The ability to bring order and momentum to messy situations without creating unnecessary process
