Description
- Create and post job listings and proactively source candidates
- Conduct candidate outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Screen applications and conduct initial video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones
- Maintain clean, structured applicant tracking dashboards
- Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist with contracts, probation tracking, and HR administration
- Provide organized hiring updates and reports to leadership
- Learn and use Airtable, GHL, Zapier, and project management software
- Keep databases accurate and up to date
- Help refine recruitment workflows over time
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in a people-facing role, ideally recruitment or HR
- Confidence speaking clearly and professionally on video calls
- Strong administrative experience and organization skills
- Experience using project management or CRM tools
- High attention to detail and pride in clean systems
- Ability to work 12pm–8pm South African time, Monday to Friday
- Ability to use a laptop or computer for working from home
