Description

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to translate vision and goals into strategy, execution, and rigorous operations
• Solve ambiguous, high-impact problems and lead growth initiatives
• Provide critical support and staffing to the CEO
• Design, run, and iterate operating rhythms including weekly staff meetings, quarterly planning, and annual strategy and goal-setting
• Keep the Executive Team aligned, accountable, and moving at speed
• Proactively surface organizational problems and drive resolution
• Organize and protect the CEO's time and prepare materials and background for key meetings
