Chief of Staff (Marketing)
The Role
The Chief of Staff will oversee marketing operations, strategic planning, reporting analysis, and collaborate with various departments to enhance performance and efficiency in a growing gaming commerce company.
About You
We are looking for a Chief of Staff (COS) that partners with our Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to make strategic choices, daily operating decisions, analytical assessments, and operational management with the global marketing team of over 80 experts to help us continue building a hyper-growth multi-billion-dollar global company.
A successful candidate has analytical and commercial experience in games and/or fintech, is highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects while liaising across product, business development, customer support, finance, legal, and global operations worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CM&GO to elevate marketing operations, performance, and strategic plans.
- Develop strategy and planning cycles with marketing leadership and product marketing.
- Create and manage business reviews (MBR, QBR, Semi-Annual) across operations and teams.
- Manage go-to-market tracking/reporting for initiatives and solution launches globally.
- Act as trusted counsel to senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams providing operational analysis.
- Manage dashboard reporting on marketing functions including digital, social, acquisition, product, PR, and regional teams.
- Coordinate cross-division collaboration with various departments to solve challenges and manage processes.
- Frame problems and propose models to help understand opportunities and trade-offs.
- Lead and manage projects with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Support marketing teams with relationship development and presentation preparation.
- Lead marketing leadership meetings with agenda formulation, facilitation, notes, action items, and follow-up.
- Create workforce planning and organizational recommendations for annual planning and hiring.
- Continuously learn and educate the team on trends, tools, and services.
- Represent the global marketing team internally in the absence of the CM&GO.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years in marketing, operations, or commercial roles in gaming and/or fintech.
- Proven operational excellence managing teams of 50+.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Atlas), Google Analytics, social media, PR tools.
- Use of AI tools to create operational efficiencies.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills across all levels and cultures.
- Strong strategic business knowledge, financial and operational modeling skills.
- Comfortable in evolving organizations with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience leading complex projects across teams and organizations.
- Ability to manage confidential information and travel domestically/internationally up to 10%.
