- Run the marketing org's planning cadence
- Drive budget and headcount planning
- Turn VP of Brand's priorities into actionable plans
- Represent marketing in cross-functional planning
Requirements
- 10+ years of operating experience in a marketing org
- Experience in demand generation and account-based marketing in a B2B context
- Comfort with pipeline metrics and budget management
- Clear writing and communication skills
