Requirements

• 3-10 years’ experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or programme leadership in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and turn strategy into structured, executable plans.
• Bachelor's Degree (+ Masters/MBA is preferred).
• Full US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
