Description

• The Force Multiplier (Strategic Operations)
• Strategic proxy: Participate in senior meetings; drive alignment across the leadership team and ensure follow-up on key decisions.
• Special projects: Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that don’t yet have a natural home.
• CEO throughput: Manage the CEO’s cognitive load by prioritizing work, preparing for critical engagements, and ensuring their time is spent on the highest-impact tasks.
• The Process Optimizer (AI & Automation)
• Identify bottlenecks: Audit each department to uncover manual bottlenecks, especially at interfaces between teams.
• AI-agent implementation: Wherever possible, replace identified bottlenecks with autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.

Requirements

• Mindset: A systems thinker who views the company as a set of interconnected loops that can be continuously tuned and improved.
• Toolkit: Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and automation tools. You don’t need to be a full‑stack developer, but you must be able to design logic flows and understand API integrations.
• Experience & education: 5+ years in high-growth environments (consulting, VC, tech operations) with a background in systems engineering, management science, or an MBA combined with a technical bachelor’s degree.
• EQ: Exceptional interpersonal skills, high energy, low ego, and a relentless focus on incremental ("1%") improvements.
