Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance and/or MBA
• Familiarity with software company operations is a plus.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to build complex financial models with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication: You write clear emails, create organized and compelling PowerPoint slides, and can lead a team call.
• Resourcefulness/Persistence: An ability to identify opportunities and find a way to get things across the finish line.
• Ability to Lead: While rolling up your sleeves is required, you must demonstrate an aptitude to lead various functions and drive results. Previous management skills are a plus.
• Learner’s Mindset: Desire to learn and adapt in a rapidly-growing and changing environment.
